These terms apply to:
Events/Workshops: Educational and recreational activities related to sustainability, ecology, and foraging.
Physical Products: Merchandise, kits, and eco-friendly items available for purchase.
Event bookings are valid only upon receipt of full payment.
Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
Each child may be accompanied by one parent.
Event details (location, timing, meeting point) will be shared by email 1–2 days prior.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of booking with valid reasons.
Refunds are subject to our approval and may be full, partial, or declined.
If Green Panther cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Dispatch and delivery depend on courier partners.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Cancellation before dispatch: eligible for full refund.
Cancellation after dispatch: customer bears shipping charges.
Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
Valid claims will be eligible for free replacement.

We are not liable for:
Delays in delivery due to third-party logistics.
Injuries, accidents, or losses during event participation.
Indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, with disputes subject to courts in Bengaluru.
