Return Policy

For Events/Workshops:

  • Not eligible for return.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

For Physical Products:

  • Eligible for return/replacement if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Must submit an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch without valid reason, customer bears return shipping.

  • Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or store credit.
