Terms & Conditions: Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive an 80% refund, with a 20% cancellation fee.
– No-shows and cancellations made within 0 to 7 days of the event date will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

2. Ticket Transfers
– Event tickets are transferable to family or friends. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please notify the Green Panther team, and we will facilitate the changes.

3. Ticket Transfer to Future Events
– Green Panther allows ticket transfers to a future event within 60 days, subject to availability. If you would like to choose this option in case of a cancellation within 5 days prior to the event date, please contact the Green Panther team. *Note: This option is valid only for day events and does not apply to overnight events.*

4. Weather Conditions
– Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.
